IHI owns two leading asset-light hotel operating companies in Indonesia, Artotel Group and Swiss-Belhotel International Indonesia, with a total of approximately 212 hotels and over 25,000 rooms, ranked as the #1 hotel management platform in Indonesia by number of properties.

Committing a significant capital into IHI, Delonix has become one of the largest limited partners of IHI. The investment by Delonix highlights the vast opportunities available in the Indonesia hotel market and confidence in IHI to build a truly integrated, tech-enabled and market-leading hotel chain in the region. 

IHI will leverage Delonix's extensive experience in China's hospitality industry, brand-building expertise and digital capabilities to accelerate its growth and support its portfolio companies’ development in the local hotel market.

Through this cooperation, the commercial territory of Delonix has expanded to 16 core brands, with over 1,312 contracted and managed hotels and more than 195,000 rooms, making it the leading international hotel group in the Asia-Pacific region.
