Property condition

Property Requirments:

Building size of Ruby Hotel requires 3000-8000 square meters.

Independent lobby for Ruby Hotel.

The lobby area of Ruby Hotel should not be less than 150 square meters.

Must have land certificate and design drawings.

Must have two or more elevators that can reach all floors directly or can have elevators installed

Public area floor height of Ruby Hotel should be not less than 3m, guest room floor height not less than 2.8m, and the net height of the lower part of the beam is not less than 2.6m.
